WELCOME TO Snow Monkey Ramen

Snow Monkey Ramen was founded by two Le Cordon Bleu-trained chefs who share a deep passion for snow sports. Their love for skiing and authentic Japanese cuisine inspired them to create a dining experience that beautifully blends their two passions. After their ski trip to Hakuba, Japan, the chefs were inspired to combine traditional Japanese flavors with the refined techniques of French cuisine. The result is a unique fusion that sets Snow Monkey Ramen apart, bringing a fresh perspective to the ramen scene while paying homage to both culinary traditions.
